My husband and I came to The Caymans to get married and we spent 8 days in Paradise! We opted for the 1 bd w/ livingroom and full kitchen. White Glove Clean! The king size bed was the MOST comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The owner was great and kept in contact with us when ever we had any questions before our trip. Really had not one complaint about the unit. Mother Nature did NOT cooperate as it rained and rained hard for 8 days! Weather kept us from visiting Sting Ray City and

we only had a couple days of calm water to snorkle before it got choppy and murky from all the rain. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Hopefully the California Sunshine will follow! Jason & Jennifer D.

Stayed for a wonderful week and truly enjoyed the peacefulness and solitude of the East End of the island. The condos are very comfortable and have all the amenities needed for a great vacation. We were able to enjoy ourselves immensely.

We had a great experience during our stay. The unit was spacious, clean & very well maintained. It had every amenity we needed to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The price for a one week stay could not be beat. We are very happy!

We spent one week in Grand Cayman (diving trip) and enjoyed every minute with this condo (we’ve traveled extensively, utilizing VRBO all over the U.S and Caribbean). The resort (Reef Resort) itself was immaculately clean and very well maintained. Every morning, at first light, there was a crew out and about quietly raking, sweeping and checking everything for the upcoming day. Everyone from the front desk to the bar tenders to the grounds crew were very nice and we had absolutely no issues with anything. This condo (we went with the 2 bedroom option) was very clean, well maintained and superbly stocked. The view every morning was a gorgeous sunrise over the water (all the units at the Reef are ocean front) and breakfast was had out on the balcony. The AC works great. The kitchen was perfect, the bed super comfortable and the bathroom water pressure was “blast the salt off”. I can’t recommend this condo and resort enough. As an adder, due to diving, we had cause to visit the other two resorts on the East side (Morrits and Compass Point) and while they were both nice, The Reef has them beat hands down. It’s much more spread out (the others had buildings back behind the ocean front buildings), seemed newer and cleaner.

We had an absolutely remarkable stay at this rental during our trip to the Cayman Islands. The resort is situated at East End which is extremely quiet and is the perfect spot for completely unwinding and relaxing. The rental is spacious and well maintained. It was spotlessly clean when we checked in. I especially really liked the well equipped kitchen and the bedroom with the ocean view. It was great to wake up every morning to the sound and view of the ocean. We took advantage of the amazing local food, and ordered out from Vivene’s, Chesters and Grape Fruit Cafe and had dinner out on the balcony every single night – with again, the sound of the ocean providing the perfect background for conversation! Tukka’s which is pretty close to the Reef Resort and Yoshi sushi at Georgetown are places not to miss. The attention to small details set this rental apart from others that we have rented at both in the Caribbean and in the US. For example, there were a set of beach towels waiting for us in the room when we checked, a cooler for taking drinks out and a cell phone with enough money to make local calls. These seemingly little things definitely made our stay even more enjoyable.

The waters surrounding the resort especially the pier area are great areas to snorkel, and there was something new to see almost every day! Another thing I cannot fail to mention is that the owner of the rental was extremely accommodating. We had to change dates of our reservation after we had booked it, and he was extremely gracious in letting us do that. All in all, this was a great trip and we’re definitely coming back soon!

The description of the property and view is exactly as posted and pictured on the site. You wake up every morning with the sun rising slowly over the crystal blue waters of the Cayman island and the blissful sounds of waves rolling in on the white sands. The property is well maintained and the condo offers all the conveniences needed for a beach vacation. You have a load of activities right at the resort with snorkeling, kayaking, tennis and just kicking back on the beach, and a load of Dive charters next to the resort or a short drive. For your added convenience at this location just across the street is a bank, grocery store, liquor store, a retail beach attire store, Dunkin D’s and an Italian Restaurant so you have everything you may need. The east end is the place to be if you are looking to kick back, get quality beach time and be within a quick jaunt to some of the best eating on the island. “Over the Edge” great location, place for the locals and no need to dress up.. order the chowder, fried lobster or the local catch of the day, with key lime pie to finish. Great brunch at Tukka with local fresh foods and great seafood/fish, with the view of water, what else do you need. If you don’t want to go out then hit the Grocery store across the street purchase some Chicken, Boston’s Jerk seasoning and BBQ at the resort right on the beach with a couple of beverages, it is all that easy. This is an East End Paradise found !!! Enjoy !!!

We are very glad we came upon this rental unit for our holiday to Grand Cayman. Both the island and resort are remarkable. We stayed two weeks in this third floor, two bedroom unit. The views were amazing and the unit is well kept, quiet and comfortable. We appreciated the beauty and quiet of the East End yet with a rental car we were able to travel to many different areas of the island when ever we wanted. The resort itself offers many activities and excursions. I highly recommend using the conceirge, attending the information sessions and the resort functions. The beach bar has great happy hour specials from 4-6 everyday, not to be missed plus the White Sands sports guys have great deals and are very helpful booking the water sports. For all Canadians, it is an easy flight direct from Toronto. The island itself has much to offer, too much to ever see in just two weeks plus security of a low crime rate makes it a great escape. This property is true to the listing and photos and we found the owner very helpful in helping us prepare for the trip. I would definitely recommend this rental to my friends and family and hope we can return one day.

First stay at East End         5 stars

Our stay at this East End condo surpassed our expectations. The condo was better than it’s photos. The views are breathtaking, the staff was friendly and helpful, the beach, grounds, pools and building were well maintained and clean but the staff was very discrete at their jobs. The owner provided a great condo and good advice for our particular stay. We were there two weeks and enjoyed every minute. We enjoyed the quietness of this part of the island, yet there were plenty of activities. The owner’s restaurant suggestions proved to be so true. We really loved Tukka – great food and views. Hope to return. Cathy, North Little Rock, Arkansas

My family just got back from Grand Cayman after staying at The Reef. This is our 5th visit to the island. This place is the best. Quiet and relaxing is the best way to discribe it. The view from the Balcony was increible as it overlooked the reefs. Snorkling and diving are just a few feet from the room. As always the best. It is why we have been 5 times!!

We had a great week at the condo. The view from the balcony is just like the photo on the website. Facing east the sun streams in each morning but with enough shade to be comfortable in afternoon. The unit is very comfortable and well maintained. Enjoyed the snorkeling and kayaking – even got in a couple of games of tennis. It was a nice relaxing break from winter weather – hope we can come back next year !

As a family, we’ve traveled to many resorts, but we particularly enjoyed our time in Grand Cayman at the Reef Resort. It’s like having the best of both worlds – we could access the amenities of the resort, such as the pools, bars and dining facilities- but we also had a fantastic fully loaded kitchen that we could cook our own meals if we chose to do so. Our two children enjoyed their own rooms, each with TV’s so there was no fighting! And my husband and I could escape to our own room to relax. We shared a balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. My husband requires a motorized scooter to get around and we had easy access to the elevator and flat pathways made getting around very easy. Right across the street is a grocery store, liquor store, gift shop, bank and Dunkin’ Donuts! We had everything we needed! The ocean is beautiful too. The staff at the resort were so friendly and helped us plan a couple of excursions – like Sting Ray City…really amazing! Rum Point is only 20 minutes away by car (we rented a car, but you don’t have to – the resort has a shuttle and you can arrange rides with them too). Rum Point has gorgeous beeches, restaurants and gift shops. There are several great restaurants to try close to the resort – and we also found the resort restaurants were very good also. We really enjoyed our visit to this resort – and especially this condo. We would definitely go back!
